Orders cannot be canceled once they are out for delivery; however, you may choose to reject the order at the doorstep.
2. Category-Specific Time Windows:
Certain product categories may have specific cancellation windows mentioned on the product or order confirmation page. Once the specified time has passed, cancellations will not be permitted.
Seller-Initiated Cancellations
VAIKUNTHI reserves the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:
* The product is out of stock or discontinued.
* The item has been damaged in transit or is otherwise unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, if the order was prepaid, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment source.
General Terms

Refunds for Canceled Orders
For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For rejected orders at the doorstep, no additional charges will apply, but refunds for prepaid orders will follow the above timeline.
