At VAIKUNTHI, we accept returns within 3 days/72 hours of receiving your order. Only one return per order is allowed, and valid reasons such as dislike of the product, manufacturing defects, or incorrect items delivered are accepted.

Yes, you can return sale items, but refunds will be credited only for the final amount paid after applying any promo codes or discounts.

The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
All original packaging, such as brand boxes, tags, seals, and accessories, must be included.
8. Is there a specific time frame for exchanges?
Yes, size exchanges are allowed only within the 3-day return window. A one-time exchange for size is permitted.
9. How long does the refund process take?
Refunds are processed within 4-5 working days after the return is approved, directly to your UPI or bank account. Delays may occur due to bank holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
10. Do I need to provide an unboxing video for return requests?
Yes, an unboxing video is mandatory to ensure any claim for damaged, defective, or missing products is processed. The video must clearly show the issue and highlight it in detail.
11. What happens if my return is rejected?
If your return does not meet the conditions (e.g., original condition, proper documentation, etc.), the item will be shipped back to you, and no refund will be processed. Additionally, re-shipping charges may apply.

Yes, orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. However, once the order is out for delivery, cancellation is not possible.
13. What are the shipping charges?
Orders above INR 1999 qualify for free delivery.
For orders below INR 1999, a delivery fee of INR 99 applies.

Currently, we only ship within India. However, international customers can place orders using major international credit cards with delivery restricted to Indian addresses.
15. What happens if my package is returned to sender (RTS)?
For RTS orders, if the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, the package may be re-shipped upon confirmation of the correct address. For prepaid orders, refunds will be initiated after the package is returned, excluding delivery charges.

19. What happens if I miss a delivery attempt?
If no one is available to receive the delivery, a second attempt will be made. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our fulfillment center. For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed once the package is returned.
