Delivery Timeline
We strive to ensure that your order reaches you at the earliest:
Standard Delivery: Most orders are delivered within 5-10 business days from the date of order confirmation.
You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Charges
Orders above INR 1999: Free delivery.
Orders worth INR 1999 or below: A delivery fee of INR 99 will apply.
Delivery charges are non-refundable in case of order cancellations or returns.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within India.
International customers can place orders using major international credit cards, but shipping will be limited to Indian addresses.
Missed Delivery Attempts
If no one is available to accept the delivery, our courier partner will notify you.
A second attempt will be made to deliver your order. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our fulfilment center.
For prepaid orders, refunds will be initiated once the package is returned.
Order Tracking
Track your order in real time using the Tracking Link sent to you via SMS/Email or by clicking “Track” on the homepage.
Enter your Order Number or AWB Number to check the status of your shipment.
Note: The tracking link is activated 24 hours after your order is received.
Split Shipments
To ensure faster delivery, we may ship your order in multiple parts.
Each part will have its own tracking number, and one package may arrive ahead of others.
Delayed Orders
While we strive to deliver within the promised timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
If your delivery date has passed and you have not received your order, email us at hello@vaikunthi.com with your tracking number for immediate assistance.
Return to Sender (RTS) Policy
If an order is returned to us due to:
1. Incorrect or incomplete address
2. Failed delivery attempts
3. Customer unavailability
The following applies:
For prepaid orders, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and attempt re-shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply. If re-shipping is not preferred, a refund (excluding delivery charges) will be processed once the package is returned to our fulfillment center.
For COD orders, the order will be canceled upon return.
To avoid such issues, please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.
