Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

At VAIKUNTHI, We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with seamless shopping experience. We request you to carefully read and understand our return, exchange, and refund policy before making a purchase.

Returns

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 3 days/72 hrs of receiving your order.
  • One-Time Return: Only one return per order is allowed.
  • Reason for Return: Returns are accepted for valid reasons such as dislike of the product (subject to adherence to return conditions), manufacturing defects, incorrect items delivered, or other justifiable concerns.
  • Refund will be credited to source account within 7 to 8 working days.

Exchanges

  • Size Exchange Only: A one-time exchange for size is allowed.
  • The request must be made within the 3-day exchange window.
  • Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on returning the item(s).
  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your exchange and dispatch the new item(s) within 3-5 business days.

Condition of the Item

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and labels intact.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted for exchange.

Non-Eligible Items

  • Items purchased on final sale, during clearance, or marked as "non-returnable.
  • Customized, made-to-order, or personalized products.
  • Intimate wear and accessories for hygiene reasons.

Exchange for Different Value Items

  • If the new item is of greater value, you will be required to pay the difference before dispatch.
  • If the new item is of lower value, the balance will be issued as store credit for future purposes.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

For any claims regarding damaged, defective, or missing products, an unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must:

Be of good quality, with the product clearly visible.

Highlight and zoom in on any damage, defect, or missing item.

Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained.

Return Conditions

  • To ensure your return or exchange is accepted, the following conditions must be met:

    1. The product must be in its original condition as received, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. It is also vital that the product does not possess any stains, scratches, tears or rips.

    2. All original packaging must be included, such as:

  • Brand box
  • Un-detached plastic security seal tag
  • Original brand label
  • Un-detached price tag
  • Wrapping paper
  • Ribbon
  • Extra accessory if provided (For example: 1 extra button is given with jacket)
  • Thank you card
  • Bubble wrap, etc
  • And complete packaging
  • 3. The product must match the original condition in which it was sent.

Reporting and Approval

Report Damage or Missing Products:

We conduct a thorough 3-layer quality check before dispatch to avoid any damage or missing items.

Any damage, missing or defective product must be reported within 24 hrs of receiving the order, complaint receiving after 24 hrs is not eligible.

Send your claim via email to return.vaikunthi@gmail.com within 3 working days with:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for Return
  • Unboxing Video (clearly showing the damage/defect).
  1. Kindly ensure the video is clear and the damaged/defective/missing part of the clothing or item is highlighted in zoom.
  2. You must send us a video of the original labels and tags intact box.If the video is not shared as per the mentioned details we will be not able to cater any further request.
  3. We will be requiring a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel for us to process the request further. Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honoured. In all such cases, the brand reserves the right to take the final decision.

Claims without proper documentation or breach of this section will be rejected.

  1. Once you have mailed the return request, we request you to be available for the reverse pick-up, and we request you to answer calls from the delivery partner. In the absence of your availability or inability to answer the calls, the delivery partner may, at their discretion, cancel the reverse pick-up. In all such cases, the process will have to be a re-initiated again, and the overall timeline will increase.
  2. Further, please note that while most pin codes are forward and reverse serviceable, in rare cases, some pin codes may only be forward serviceable and not reverse serviceable. In all such cases, we may request you to return the product via an alternate courier service.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable due to hygiene or customization. These include:

  • Innerwear or undergarments.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items on clearance or final sale.

Please provide your product details and the reason for your return, so we can keep improving your shopping experience. Once your return request has been generated, we’ll send you a confirmation via SMS and email.

Can I return sale items?

If you used a promo code or discount at the time of purchase, you will be credited only for the final amount you paid after using the promo code

Packaging Guidelines for Returns

  • Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit.
  • Include a copy of your invoice inside the return package.

Refund Policy

  • We do not provide cash refunds.
  • Refunds will be credited directly to your UPI or bank account within 4-5 working days after approval.
  • Refunds may be delayed due to circumstances such as bank holidays or other unavoidable reasons.

Refund Timeline

  • Refund processing begins only after the returned product passes quality checks.
  • If your return is rejected due to unmet conditions, the item will be shipped back to you, and no refund will be processedand you also need to pay delivery charges that we shipped back to you and no refund will be processed.

Jurisdiction

In case of any dispute, the jurisdiction for resolving the issue will be determined by VAIKUNTHI.

(All disputes will be resolved under Alote jurisdiction).

Final Decision

All final decisions regarding return, refund, or exchange are solely at the discretion of VAIKUNTHI.
